Will you be our neighbor? 💕✨

This is my second time posting. We had a potential tenant but their plans abruptly changed so the ADU is still available.

FOR RENT: Attached ADU (650 square feet) in North Hollywood. Private entrance and patio space, shared on-site laundry. 

DETAILS: Rent is $1,675 / month, plus utilities (typically $200-$250, includes high-speed internet). Cats and small dogs are welcome! Street parking (abundant). 

ABOUT US: Married couple (37F / 41M) both vegan 5 years. We have 2 rescue dogs who are very loving and friendly. Staunchly liberal / leftist - LGBTQ friendly - 420 friendly - non-drinkers - classic stoner hippies. We are not the landlords, we are just the tenants in the front house and would prefer to have a vegan neighbor! 

ABOUT YOU: Hopefully a chill person, likes dogs (ours will demand to be pet and loved on by you), ideally vegan, employed, decent credit.

The attached ADU behind our home is becoming available for rent starting August 1st. We found the last tenant on Reddit (M if you're reading this we love you forever don't leave us! 😭) so we thought we’d try our luck again!

**About us:**
Childfree couple (37F / 40M) - 420-friendly - 2 dogs - vegan - both in the film industry - outdoorsy. We don't drink, our idea of partying is sitting out by the fire until 11 pm on a Saturday. We enjoy being sociable with our neighbor and would prefer someone who feels similarly.

WE ARE NOT THE LANDLORDS! We are the main tenants of the home and have been here for 6 years. Landlord lives out of state and gives us priority to choose our neighbor. Landlord is stringent about credit checks / work history / etc., so must have good references and be employed.

**About the space:**
North Hollywood residential neighborhood in the Victory/Vineland area. Attached ADU, about 600-650 square feet. It's technically a one-bedroom but more akin to a studio. Rent: $1,725 / month plus internet and utilities (~$300/month). Private entrance, private patio. You’ll only see us when we cross paths in the front yard or in the back. Laundry is shared with us. **About you:**
Hopefully a cool person, living alone (the unit is really only fit for a single person!), MUST LIKE DOGS (mandatory, because our dogs spend a ton of time in the backyard and they will want to be your friend). Clean, responsible, employed. No racists, transphobes, or MAGA folks need apply.
