For context of the players involved: Destiny is a popular liberal streamer who does a lot of debate content and is generally considered very good at debating. A lot of it is up against MAGA people, right wingers, people like Nick Fuentes etc but he also has a fair bit of controversy around himself with some personal stuff (that I'm not well read on) and being a typical edgelord-y streamer has said some very questionable things.

Professor Dave is a science communicator that posts lots of science tutorials but also focuses a lot of his content on debunking grifters, pseudoscience, creationists etc. He is somewhat controversial himself due to his style being incredibly abrasive and often insulting, and also for being active with arguing with people in his comment sections.

A few days ago, Destiny uploaded a reaction video to Professor Dave debunking a fraud called Avi Loeb and during that, took issue with some stuff Dave said, calling him antisemitic and accusing him of using nazi talking points. So, I've been on Mounj for around 10 weeks, just finishing up my 2nd week of 7.5mg. So far, I can't say I've had the life changing effect I always hear about. Tbh, my plan was to stay on a low dose as my structure was doing ok and I'd lost a good amount of weight and I just needed a little help to cut down on the snacking as it was stalling but I don't even think it has particularly done very well at that so far. I had about a week of decent effect when I started 5mg, and since I started 7.5mg I've had a couple of days here and there that went well where I felt full reasonably well after eating but that's about it. Certainly haven't had any reduction in food noise that people talk about, which is something I was really excited about!

My question is, has anybody in here had experience in this much of a delayed effectiveness, where it didn't kick in properly until a later dose but then worked great? I am currently weighing up going to 10mg next or switching to Wegovy to give that a try. I'm leaning towards 10mg as the case for Wegovy is not all that compelling considering it's largely considered less potent, although you do hear anecdotal evidence of people responding better to it. I'm just a bit bummed out about spending so much money on something that hasn't really been helping much, so hearing some late bloomer success stories would be great

Did Milo ever do a video on this? I am fairly new to him and YT content in general as I only started making the rounds about 2 months ago and I’ve seen him mention working on a video about this in multiple places (the latest being the comment section of world of antiquities video on the younger dryas impact hypothesis) but can’t seem to find it anywhere.

Also up for any suggestions you guys have for people to watch in a similar vein to Milo! I’ve been on a spree of following this style of content so a good chance I’ll be subscribed to most already but might be some that I’m missing.
