We are getting 8 mbps in a 500 mbps plan

Hi everyone, we are in a small office with a maximum of five people working here. When the office was rented, the setup in the picture was already installed.
We currently have a 500 mbps internet plan but we’re only getting around 8 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload. I’m pretty sure the issue isn’t related to Wi-Fi.
Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this and how we can fix it?
Also, if you have the time, I’d really appreciate it if someone could explain what all these devices actually do 😂
Thank you all!

Is overtime in marketing department a general thing

Hello, i’ve spent the last four years working as an ABM and product manager. Three years in FMCG and the past year in a yacht company. My job involves a lot of unexpected requests, and I often end up working overtime to make sure these don’t disrupt my regular tasks. Sometimes it feels as though overtime is simply built into the nature of the job.
For example, the other day I was at a fancy event in a luxury hotel until 1 a.m, yet I was still working throughout the event and had to be back at the office by 9 a.m. the next morning.
I work in Turkey, and I’m struggling to understand whether this is mainly a problem related to the local work culture or if this is just how things work all around the world. Could you enlighten me on this?

Critical error message

Hi, i need some urgent help before my boss sees what’s up😂
I’ve been trying to upload a pop-up to the company website. I’ve been tinkering with plugins to find a good pop up plugin. Suddenly i get this error message in the photo below.
Is there any way to resolve this without contacting my boss for her to reach out to the IT Guy?
Ps: It’s my first week and i am an intern😃.
