3 weeks but i feel awful
23m here it’s been 3 weeks since i’ve completely stopped taking any kind of nicotine, i’ve smoked joints cigarettes and vapes for almost 5 years and i feel proud of myself but my throat is awful i’m having a blocked nose and every hour there’s just phlegm flushing out. i have done my research on this forum but can anybody tell me how long does it last or it lasted for you?
