Title. I find a lot of toxic and non-toxic spread of legends in brawlhalla. Who's the most and least?

Least: probably kor or bodvar, maybe magyar
Most: probably artemis or Loki
I may be biased because I mostly main non-toxic characters, though I do indulge in caspian shenanigans. Your opinions?
Seriously kazuya is so freaking busted he makes me rage. He has an insane command grab. Rage drive? Nono, I'm talking about his regular down special. His rage drive makes him all the more busted. He has armor on his smash attacks, what? Who does he think he is, little mac? His recovery is busted. His down smash punish just instakills on ledge. And his nair spike hitbox is the entire nair. He's just so busted. He has very little weaknesses. Sure, movement, but that's it. And it's not like it's horrid. He has average speed. He can approach no problem.
Yeah I know I know, I'm gonna get flamed for this. But 1 and 2 were way better than 3.
