id love some advice, especially when it comes to rendering and colors
gotta admit im struggling with fingers and clothing creases
i signed up for a summer job at a small local store chain, my first job ever
i said i was free to start from July 1st, which was Wednesday, and the lady i was in contact with said she makes the next weeks schedule on Fridays, so i should work from Monday, i said sure that makes sence and waited for the calls
she said they dont need me at work that week, from 6.7. to 11.7.
however she called me on Sunday, day before, and gave me a three shifts from Monday to Wednesday, saying its urgent so i should go. i went, didnt have the best time, but i made 150 euros, 6.56/h. she offered me to stay the rest of the week but since she said its only three days, i had planned for things i couldnt drop
since then i havent worked, this week she said they dont need me either. the lady said shell send me to any of their stores when they need a worker, there are around 10 stores just in my city, but theres no calls.
if there wasnt a work emergency on those three days, i wouldnt have worked this month at all!!
I admit i wasnt the best on my first three days, but i dont think that should account to me getting shifts. i got the job to make some money and not rot at home but thats exactly what im doing now.
should i do anything if they continue not to give me shifts? i planned to work until the end of august but i think i wont waste my time waiting for them to call me for shifts like im waiting to get drafted and just quit at the end of july..
