Any strategies for defeating the 7-star Cinderace solo?

I missed my chance to catch it four years ago when it first appeared because I literally couldn't finish the story in time. Back then, there was the Slowbro strategy and another possible one involving Azumarill, but years have passed and two expansions have come out since then, so... Is there any other strategy that's a little more reliable?

No se que hacer
Últimamente me he sentido demasiado decaído cuando llego a mi casa, solamente quiero estar en cama hasta que dan las 10 pm, se que es depresión y que debería de hacer algo para levantarme pero simplemente no tengo nada de ganas, de hecho las cosas que deberían animarme como antes ya no lo hacen e incluso me aburren. Hasta he pensado que solamente me queda el onanismo para alcanzar cierto placer al llegar al éxtasis (debo aclarar que no me la paso todo el día en eso).
Simplemente quería sacarlo en algún lado.
