How hard is it to find a job in engineering?

Hi I heard finding a engineering job is vary competitive and I’ve also heard it’s vary hard to move up the ladder in a company, I live in a small town there’s not much engineering jobs and I’m not going to go all the way to Toronto for a job, how’s the job market in Windsor area or London? And is there a bright future for engineering jobs to increase in availability?

Hello, I was considering going to school for acupuncture, I was wondering is there enough demand in Canada to make over 100k? There’s not much acupuncturist in Canada so it would make sense if the pay is high.
