Trying to get more information about a dog I adopted from the ACCT in Philly about a year ago or if anyone recognizes this dog! She was found tied up at the Smith Memorial Playground around the beginning of October last year. I’m just trying to see if anyone recognizes her, or if anyone knows her backstory or if she has any other siblings?

currently she is living her best life with her new brother and sleeps in a king size bed every night 🫶🏻

Does anyone recognize this apartment building/house?? I live near Albert Middle School and my package was dropped off at this location and I have no idea where it is!
