Urine issues

35 f 165 5 foot 5 non smoker no medical issues only med i take regularly is metoprolol.

I have had UTI symptoms burning pelvic pain urgency frequency not feeling well started last thursday neg ua neg culture but they started me on macrobid just in case nothing gets better it gets worse I go back the ua looks worse (first pic) reculture it neg culture . Change me to keflex this was Sunday now Tuesday I go back my urine ia so bad last 2 pics running a culture again and changed me to cipro...i feel awful right now. And so confused .,.............

Twitching on heqd/scalp/temple/neck

I twitch all over but it gets bad after a work out like REALLLLY BAD I twitch on my head and neck and back of head and temples bad some times it is without a work out when I lay my head on the pillow or wear my glasses I can really feel it i do have body wide twitches developed after pregnancy. Does any one else have these spasms or twitches on their head/back of head by neck and neck and temple ??

Before your episode

Do you guys get this sudden dizziness like doom /death then heart rate skyrocket? I always get this dizziness like im a just fall over like my heart stops then bam shoots up
