I joined a department as a Super speciality residency in a government medical college. My co pgs haven't joined yet as MCC is postponing the round 2.

I'm burnt out with the work. Atleast 16 hours of work a day with atleast 2 36 hours duty in a week.

Im tired all the time and feel like to quit residency.

Any suggestions?.
