I built a tool that generates a complete team identity — name + emblem — for recreational sports leagues and social groups

We had a company sports day and somehow picking a team name turned into an actual debate. I got annoyed and spent a weekend building something to solve it.

You throw in some context — sport, vibe, any inside jokes — and it spits out a name with a matching emblem. The result downloads as a good resolution PNG right away. If you want a transparent background, higher resolution, or a vector file for printing on shirts or banners, that's available too. Merch is coming soon as well for those who want to take it all the way.

We ended up going with "Sunny Makos" (since we are in florida) and it stuck.

Why do bars in Florida buy cornhole sets and then just let them collect dust in the corner?

I'm in South Florida and I've noticed this in probably a dozen different bars. There's a set sitting there, bags on top, nobody touches it. Meanwhile the same bar has a packed pool table and a dartboard with a waitlist.

My family plays at home all the time and it never fails — everyone gets into it. But in bars it just... sits there.

Is this a Florida thing? A setup thing? Do bars not actually promote it or just buy it thinking it sells itself? Genuinely curious if other people notice this or if I'm just going to the wrong places.

Bonito came up like this. Fishing in Florida — what are my options?

Was out near Palm Beach and pulled this up mid-fight. Clearly something got to it before I did.

I've heard sharks in Florida are basically unavoidable depending on where and when you fish. Is there anything that actually helps — different spots, time of day, technique — or is this just part of fishing here and I need to accept it?

Not complaining, it was still a good morning. Just want to know if there's a smarter way to do this.

Played my first singles match last week after two years of only doubles. Humbling experience.

Thought I was decent. I am not decent.

Doubles hides so much. You don't realize how much you rely on your partner to cover positioning mistakes until there's nobody there. My footwork was embarrassing and I was gassed by game two.

Anyone else make this switch late? How long before it started feeling natural?
