[HIRING] Lead Generation and Social Media Marketing Virtual Assistant

I own a U.S.-based travel business and am looking for an experienced Lead Generation and Social Media Marketing Virtual Assistant.
Lead generation is the primary focus of this role. I need someone who can find and qualify potential clients, conduct personalized outreach, follow up consistently, and help turn interest into genuine travel inquiries. Social media will also be used to generate and nurture leads.
RESPONSIBILITIES
★ Find people actively seeking help with vacations, cruises, group trips, family travel, destination weddings, and other travel needs
★ Monitor approved Facebook groups, Reddit communities, social media platforms, and other public sources
★ Conduct personalized outreach without using generic or spammy messages
★ Follow up with warm leads and previous inquiries
★ Ask basic qualifying questions and direct interested travelers to the travel booking team
★ Research potential referral partners and conduct partnership outreach
★ Maintain an organized tracker of leads, outreach, follow-ups, and results
★ Create, repurpose, and schedule engaging travel content
★ Write captions and calls to action designed to generate inquiries
★ Respond to comments and messages and engage with relevant accounts
★ Provide a brief weekly activity and results report
REQUIREMENTS
★ Proven experience with lead generation, prospecting, outreach, appointment setting, or sales support
★ Social media management, Canva, and basic video editing skills
★ Strong written and spoken English
★ Ability to communicate naturally with U.S.-based consumers and businesses
★ Strong research, organization, and follow-up skills
★ Experience using Google Sheets, a CRM, or another lead tracking system
★ Reliable computer and internet connection
★ Comfortable using AI tools responsibly while reviewing and personalizing all work
★ Available for some overlap with U.S. Eastern or Pacific time
Travel industry, email marketing, SEO, blog, and newsletter experience are helpful but not required.
POSITION DETAILS
★ $4.50 USD per hour
★ Approximately 10 to 15 hours per week to start
★ 30-day paid trial
★ Paid training
