I find it interesting that Vogue and E wrote some positive headlines about Blake ( looking fabulous) at a recent Fendi event and suddenly we now have this story about unpaid bills on their home.

Perez is back on the attack it seems. As are the Daily Fail , all outlets linked to TAG. I even saw our favourite sub try to push this as a new talking point to disparage.

Are they realising big fashion brands havent cancelled Blake , are they noticing their talking point of Hollywood is done with Blake and Ryan is null and void ?

I see this talking point doing the rounds that Blake gave up her remaining claims and has lost badly. That seems to be the driven narrative.

47.1 works well for Blake either outcome i think. If it doesnt get granted, i can see her driving legislation for victims of retaliation and using her platform for this. Becoming the voice for people who are retaliated against. Where does that leave Justin and WP ? If they prevail on 47.1 , they become the faces of people who retaliate against victims . They become the reason why 47.1 fails in court for the first time , their pro women stance dies in the face of what 47.1 represents.

47.1 does get granted , Blake becomes the first defendent to prevail, she paves a way for the future for other women who may be in her position. Its a win for all victims .

And people keep talking about how Justin will do an interview or write a book about all this. Guess what.... so can Blake. And she has bigger and better connections in Hollywood to get the appropriate platform to do that.

Apparently they are stating as part of the settlement agreement WP also gave up their rights to appeal the NYT case and therefore are asking the court to enter judgement. So they can recoup their fees

I hadnt considered that forfeiting the appeals also included NYT. I wonder will the JB stans continue to call this a win

The other sub is cheering on Chip Babcock ( Jeds lawyer) like he is some hero.

To me its just more proof of Jed using the docket to bash Blake

Thanks to Sufficient Tower , a thought came to me. I was getting annoyed by the uptick in post after post in the bad place and online where it is all negative about Blake. The hate seems to have stepped up, it seems to be more vitriolic and then i had chance to pause and think.

Are we in real time watching them " flood the zone " ?

What does everyone think ? For me it looks to be a terrible move when we havent seen the settlement filed with the court yet he admits hinself they are hammering out the terms still.
