For those not in the know Melissa Nathan has filed a document with the court admitting that she recieved copy for a smear site from Rebel Wilson, which she turned over to Katie Case. This alone will be fatal to her defense for sanctions in the Jones case.

The bigger question is , who is going to cave first in order to avoid repurcussions , Jed Melissa or Bryan. Do all three go down or does one of them sell out the others ?

Are we finally getting Jeds voicemails?

In documents filed today she is opposing the motion to quash the subpoena and directly references Bryan and Jeds involvement . Will BF finally be deposed in these matters ?

I’ve been watching the latest videos from NAG and LGA and their take that Stephanie's new lawsuit is just a "desperate leverage play" because Judge Liman blocked her from adding Doe defendants doesn't hold up when you look at the actual filed documents.

They seem to be saying that this is just a procedural workaround because the original Jones v. Abel case timeline locked. However this doesnt holu up under scrutiny. The unsealed discovery exhibits and deposition letters link Katie Case’s name to the digital footprint of the "stephaniejonesleaks" anonymous smear sites. The documents allege she didn’t just "know about" them—she actively helped write the copy.

They also seem to ve saying that Case was just a minor player caught in the crossfire. To ne they seem to be downplaying Cases role in this whole thing. At the same time they dont have full knowledge of what others comms she may have. Hence why TAG have noved to quash a subpoena against her.

Will Katie Case play ball and give sone more info in exchange for dtopping the lawsuit ?

TAG are opposing it . No suprise. Melissa Nathan has now been shown to have lied under oath.

Yes, its true .... the people spreading the Ryan hate will be so annoyed that his name can make things happen.

So the bad place has really stepped up their anti Ryan content. I counted 7 out of the last 10 posts were targeting him.

Its so transparent now that his MayDay film skyrocketed to the top of the Apple charts. I guess they have to do their best to try and distract from the success

So Ryan has a movie coming out next week , cue the outpouring of hate from the JB mob because they realise , success is on the way for Ryan ( who isnt cancelled or hated, no matter what they tell you)

Also, one of Coleens books has been turned into a movie and due out soon. Suddenly posts and hate about Coleen appears. Apparently the fsct that the author of the book is not featured in the publicity , proves how hated she is🙄

Rebel and Melissa were deposed in the last few wreeks. Starting from page 70 ... fascinating stuff. Melissa is still playing stupid despite actual emails and texts being shown to her. Rebel cant recall receiving anything .... both ladies depositions show them to be shady and not credible

I think it goes without saying that Melissa attempting to throw Katie under the bus will backfire splendidly , Katies dad is a lawyer and i have no doubt she has lots of dirt on Melissa

It amazes me how people can read this and say " oh they didnt do that to Blake" just the others.

Sone exhibits unsealed today including Jeds testimony. This guy is so dodgy , its no wonder he refused to appear live in court had this gone to trial for Blake . He has zero credibility. His answer to everything is I dont recall

Long time poster here. I wrote a post a few weeks back about how the views in the Bad Place went fron 800k to 400k in the space of a week. I have been monitoring it ever since.

That 400k dipped to about 375k gradually over the last two weeks. Imagine my suprise today to see a 100k drop in visitors. Yesterday it was at 374k ... so whats happening here. Today the visitor numbers are 216k .... overnight drop

Are we still claiming organic online behaviour? Multiple updates and filings happening in the Wallace and Jones cases, are certain individuals getting scared ?

So Jed is asking the judge to compel Blake to testify to settle the issue of malice. He attaches portions of the deposition. They claim he didnt ask Blake about this as part of the one hpur time they had with her.

However the deposition shows they asked Blake specifically about SH and she clarifies she accused Jed of retaliation not SH ( and this is proven in the CRD complaint) . So they did have ample time to push that further. They chose not too

I am actually ok with the judge ordering her to do another depo. As Blakes team has already said they will also then ask to interview Jed, TAG and Bryan Freedman ( for a first time , he has not been questioned about any of this). Blakes team getting to depose BF would be unbelievable

Another appearance that suggests we will be seeing Deadpool and Ryan in the upcoming MCU movies.

The people in our favourite place who were desperately trying to convinve us all that Ryan actually crashed Comic Con ( LOL) , are not happy.

Ruling issued in this case , the judge destroyed all of Bryan Fs arguments , citing its clear there is evidence of TAG/Jed/BF and their shady dealings with smear sites.

Looks like we are continuing to trial .... and BFs lawyers are in trouble for an incorrect and misleading court citation and have to attend a sanctions hearing to explain why.

So i check in on the bad place from time to timwe for entertainment.

When i search for it , i usully see the ammount of weekly visitors. This has always been in the 400k number . About two weeks ago i saw this number rise to 800k and in fact a celebratory post in there delighted with the growth. I didnt really understand why it doubled in weekly visitors for a few weeks.

Today i look for the sub and the number of weekly visitors in back down to the 400k plus mark.... does anyone have any ideas here. Thats a big delta variance
