So Jed is asking the judge to compel Blake to testify to settle the issue of malice. He attaches portions of the deposition. They claim he didnt ask Blake about this as part of the one hpur time they had with her.

However the deposition shows they asked Blake specifically about SH and she clarifies she accused Jed of retaliation not SH ( and this is proven in the CRD complaint) . So they did have ample time to push that further. They chose not too

I am actually ok with the judge ordering her to do another depo. As Blakes team has already said they will also then ask to interview Jed, TAG and Bryan Freedman ( for a first time , he has not been questioned about any of this). Blakes team getting to depose BF would be unbelievable

Another appearance that suggests we will be seeing Deadpool and Ryan in the upcoming MCU movies.

Ruling issued in this case , the judge destroyed all of Bryan Fs arguments , citing its clear there is evidence of TAG/Jed/BF and their shady dealings with smear sites.

Looks like we are continuing to trial .... and BFs lawyers are in trouble for an incorrect and misleading court citation and have to attend a sanctions hearing to explain why.

So i check in on the bad place from time to timwe for entertainment.

When i search for it , i usully see the ammount of weekly visitors. This has always been in the 400k number . About two weeks ago i saw this number rise to 800k and in fact a celebratory post in there delighted with the growth. I didnt really understand why it doubled in weekly visitors for a few weeks.

Today i look for the sub and the number of weekly visitors in back down to the 400k plus mark.... does anyone have any ideas here. Thats a big delta variance

So seeing as we keep hearing how Blake is hated online according to JB stans , and their insistence that likes mean everything online.

Imagine my suprise then to see a post of Blakes , detailing her recent attendance to a Wrexham game hit 357k likes in the space of 13 hours. Just Blake heading off to a game with friends and her husband ( who apparently will be divorcing her any day now)

I compare that to Justin and Emilys first time speaking out about their experience in two years. That insta post sitting at 420k likes and been online since July 9th.

The trope of " everyone hates Blake" is not only untrue but becoming more desperate when we look at real world evidence

I find the timing of Liman denying Wayfarer insurance claims interesting. It seems he is being clear who will pick up the tab for Blakes fees. And it wont be the insurers

I see some places are harping back on this particular talking point . Insisting Ryan is in dire straits. I mean we all see the same news , can see how he seems to be thriving despute the insistence to the contrary. If this is really about Blake, why do certain people continue to target abd smear Ryan ?

Jed is awaiting a 47.1 ruling of his own in Texas. Blake also filed for attorneys fees here. Is Jed hoping texas will also follow Limans suit and that he can avoid triple damages also?

There are multiple posts being made daily about Blakes movements which are disturbing. The comment sections continue to be flooded of any media outlet that even reports a sighting of her. These comments are filled with vitriol and hate.

Do we think this blatant smearing will continue post Limans ruling ? Are people trying too hard to get Blake Cancelled ?? And this reaction is due to the fact that Hollywood hasnt turned on Ryan and Blake , like they tried to seed for months?

For those following the drama on this case which is linked heavily to Blake Lively. There is a good post over on Courts , but here is the update.

According to recent court updates, Wilson, PR executive Melissa Nathan, and TAG PR withdrew their anti-SLAPP motion aimed at dismissing Amanda Ghost's 2025 cross-complaint concerning the alleged "smear websites" that attacked Ghost online. Following the withdrawal, the judge treated the related motions as moot and left the current trial date in place while allowing broader discovery to move forward.

Trial date set for October 2026.

As Judge Liman debates whether BL has had career and reputational damages, i saw a post ( in our Fav place) about the fact that Blake Brown was comnunity noted. Do these people realise they are giving Blake more ammunition if there is a damages hearing? Let them continue to make Blakes case for her i guess 😂😂😂

So i see a number of ( brand new 😂) posters to this forum, now saying that Blake hijacked the bill .

To be clear No One owns laws or bills. Once they are actually passed the court system and judges interpret them and rule upon them. The person who wrote the bill has no say in how laws should be applied or who they should apply too

Secondly , bills do not have one " head advocate" who owns the right to advocate for the bill and make all the decisions. This simply isnt realistic. Thats why Victoria Birke has a group of people she works with. People, advocacy groups, industry organizations, and public figures all have the right to support, draft proposals, and lobby for changes in the law. That's how the legislative process works.

Lastly, absolutely anyone has the right to draft and write bills and work them through , Blake has the right to write her own bill and push it through the legislature if she wishes. Do people actually think that only one group or person has the right to introduce bills?

ETA: i am now seeing stans encouraging people to oppose the "speak your truth act' by writing ( a pre drafted in one specific forum) letter to theielr senators and voting no online to having it passed. in effect, Victoria has now been the reason why this bill may not get passed in New York

Thinking about Jed , i decided to run a little test to see what results i would get ( in my part of the world) for when i typed his name into Google. While i found maybe 4 articles referencing the Jed we all know and love, the first thing that popped up was a footballer in England and some other links to lesser known Jeds.

Curious to see what others get when they search for Jed Wallace, its strange that the case is so high profile and he isnt the top search result. I guess he is using his abilities to manipulate SEO as it relates to himself also.
