Seeking help - Tree type and drying leaves

I think this is a Crimson maple but I’m not sure so if you can help out then I would appreciate it. It has some drying leaves which I posted a picture of and I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or if I’m supposed to trim those off. I give it a little water every week. It’s been very humid here the last month. It’s shielded from direct sun by the fence netting, afternoon shade, but I can move it. I’m not sure how much light or water it should get. Zone 6

Begonia question

Stem with no flowers. I have several of these on my plants. I don’t know if I’m supposed to trim them off or just leave them and they’ll eventually flower. Also, if you know the specific begonia name that would also be helpful. Morning, light and afternoon shade. It’s been very humid here and it seems to stay done so I end up watering it like once a week right now. I am happy to answer any questions 😊 thank you

New Guinea

I’ve had this about two months. It’s been blooming pretty much the whole time. It experienced a hard rain and fell off the wall. That was about two weeks ago and nothing has flowered since. Also, I used a liquid fertilizer on it twice around that time , about a week apart.
It gets morning sun, afternoon shade. Not sure about what soil is in it.
Any advice to bring the flowers back?

Ford chinook concourse 2000

I’m about to check out this vehicle v10 with hundred thousand miles on it. other than something that screams out to me that there’s a problem with it, I’m not sure what to look for specifically on this vehicle . if you have any feedback as a particular problems with this model, please give me an idea and maybe I can take a look further at it..

Thank you!

Also, if you have any idea of a reasonable price for a vehicle like this, that’s in fair condition that would be great to know. Thank you!

Soil

Home Depot repotted my crimson maple. It’s going to stay in a container. It chipped over and I noticed that The soil mix looks very packed tight to me. I don’t know anything about what type of soil it should be in so I could use some advice. Does this look correct to you? Thank you.

Walked into neurology dept. in a good mood after having a fun convo with taxi driver. So, I’m still smiling but movin round like I’m dancing or I’m not sure what my body is doing. Lady waiting in line says, love your positive dance. I said “Thank you, it’s called functional neurological disorder@ we both laughed.
