Got some friends visiting and Im realizing I know all the obvious daytime stuff but not what to suggest once dinner is finished.

What activities do you usually take visitors to in London that arent just another pub or restaurant? Comedy, live music, games, late attractions or something else?

Im fairly new around here and Ive noticed the area gets much quieter once people finish work and head home.

If you want to keep the evening going after 10 or 11, do people stay around Canary Wharf or usually head somewhere like Shoreditch or Old Street?

Probably a basic question, but Ive heard different answers on this.

If youre getting plenty of sunlight through a window while working indoors, does that contribute much to vitamin D production or do you actually need to be outside?
