Why is my Mavuika in this overload team doing so little damage per CA compared to what I've seen online? (Build at beginning, gameplay after)

Mavuika C0R0 (Wolf's Gravestone)

Iansan C2R0 (Fav)

Ororon C0R0 (Harp)

Chevrues C6R0 (Hp polearm)

I'm mostly confused about is Mavuika's damage in particular. In terms of stats, my Mavuika and Iansan is similar enough to what I've seen online. I know there are a bunch of improvements I can make to my Chevreuse build in particular, but I don't know if that's enough to gap the difference in charge attack damage I've seen as compared to similar teams online (I hit at most 73k per charge attack but I've seen upwards of 100-130k per charge attack)

Are Chevreuse talent levels important for Mav damage? Is c6 Iansan really all that more important as compared to c2? And is Mav's weapon what I'm missing?

Favorite Academy serieses?

Just looking for people's favorite Academy series! They don't have to spend all their time there, but it should be one if the main settings. Some of the ones I enjoyed the most were:

Archmage Coefficient

Saving the World would've been easier as a Cafeteria Worker

The Ultimate Weapon at the Royal Academy

Aethernitas

A Practical Guide to Sorcery

Mage Errant

Rising from the Abyss

Trinity of Magic

I've read Path to Transcendence

Awakening Horde

And some other stuff that probably just isn't coming to mind right now.

Whether it be lure progression fantasy, or litrpg, or isekai and its villainess and background character subgenres, I'll take almost anything atp!

The best part of Genshin was back when we experimented with elemental reactions. I say that they should buff triple reaction teams!

That part of your genshin journey when you haven't pulled or built specific teams yet, when you would just throw things at the wall that seemed like it would work, was the most fun part of genshin.

I still remember the time when I paired Childe, Beidou, Xiangling and Qiqi to get OverVape Charge/Melt/Freeze. Choosing characters for their elemental reaction was peak team building back then! (Ignore the terrible energy issues) I remember thinking that Sukokomon was a real and viable team to aim for. Then fridge teams came out with the release of dendro

But look at the current meta teams that use elemental reactions

Mavuika Melt/Vape is basically just a hypercarry team.

Skirk's barely counts as an elemental reaction team, the reaction itself doesn't really contribute much to this team.

That isn't a Lunar Charge team, that's a Bineffa Team.

That isn't a Lunar Bloom team, that's a Lauma/Bina team

That isn't a Lunar Geo team, that's a Zibai team

Overload teams don't exist either. Those are Chevruese/Durin teams.

Varka teams might as well just be mono elemental teams.

The things these teams have in common, is that the reaction itself doesn't actually matter. They're just there to activate some passive that a character has, and it doesn't seem like this trend is going to change for the "new" reactions.

While you can just use these rainbow reaction teams in endgame anyways, it almost always just comes down to having really really good artifacts, and it just sucks that for those who don't want to spend a trillion years in artifact rng hell.

Please Hoyo! Make Rainbow Reaction teams more worth using! In ways that isn't restricted to it only being viable when a new, limited 5 star character's passive is activated! (Looking at you, Escoffier and Chevreuse)

EDIT:

I just realized, I never added ideas on what ways other reactions could be buffed.

  1. One idea (other than damage buffs) is that if EC, overload and freeze all provide CC (to varying degrees), then they should work on bosses to some extent! Maybe if you stack overload or EC or Freeze (or all three!) enough times in a short time frame, then the boss should be staggered

  2. If they can't be triggered that way already, then dendro related reactions should do extra damage if they are triggered by EC or overload! In this case, it would be hyperbloom and burgeon

  3. Overload that interacts with the electrocharge state should do extra damage, same with electro charge that hypothetically interacts with quicken

Add any ideas you may have!
