Found in a dumpster. Hoping to return it to the family.

Recently found this in a dumpster in Waukesha, WI. Was tucked into a collection of old model train magazines. There was an address on a large envelope, will share it if that's allowed.

[NES] Blue Screen

Current setup:

TCL 50Q550F

Retro Scaler 2X

72 pin connector was removed and cleaned not too long ago.

When the console is off, my TV shows multicolored vertical bars like the emergency broadcast messages used to look like. And nothing but a solid blue screen when powered on, even if the red light is flashing.

I have one game that works intermittently, but none of my other games work. I just have a solid blue screen.

I've tried both the original power adapter as well as an identical aftermarket one as well.

Any ideas of where to start?
