man I just finished the first 3 books and I’m still crying about Homers fate. Might be the most tragic death for me tbh. Might make an animatic if I got the spoons for it.

At some point I wanna do some fanart for the Bobiverse novels (I looked it up and I squealed in happiness as I realized Ray Porter narrated for them. I’m now on book 3 but am still hung up on my favorite character dying)

I was proud of how it turned out and wanted to share my drawn map. This is for the vis-dev of my senior film where my characters have to take a shortcut under the mountains to get to the coastline. Unfortunately for them, they start losing party members quickly and have a run in with the Rat King.

It's also kinda inspiring me to turn the plot into a videogame instead of an animated series/movie

We finally made it to the last character i'm drawing for the series! I'm really glad I waited and saved him for last cause then I'd be more confident in his pose and expression. Beards are tough for me but I think it turned out pretty nice.

As a kid I didn't really think hook was attractive cause ew adult gross, but now that i'm in my twenties I'm swooning my gosh. I can't even pay attention to his character arc with him giving me those eyes, i'll just let someone else do it.. hopefully..

Anyway that's me yapping about a fictional character and stuff. Colin O'Donoghue is a very pretty man.

Gonna give the character lineup a few touchups and adjust a couple heights and then i'll post them soon .^.

Belle is a character who haunts the narritive in season 1. I think it's one of my favorite parts of Rumplestilkskins arc as he mourns her and even maybe blames himself for what happened to her (or what he thinks happens)

I sometimes wish she stayed gone a bit longer to give us some more juicy angst but alas.

I feel like there could've been a bit more to her character other than her relationship with rumple as when i think of her character thats the first thing i think about. One thing i do appriciate is the expansion of her character as she longs for her own grand adventure and being a hero, and there's a lot more that they couldve done with it other than having it end with her becoming a damsil kidnapped by the evil queen and all of her adventures just being sidequests.

For the drawing i'm a bit frustrated with myself cause i'm doing a bad job at making the female characters look different from eachother. If you put Emma, Snow and Belle's faces next to one another and got rid of the colors, you'd not be able to tell whos who. That's one self criticism that i need to work on for my next character lineup.

This one got finished really quickly, suprising myself... but anyway..

NEXT UP! THE ONE YOU'VE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR... HOOK!

Emma is my favorite female protagonist in TV. She’s introduced as a mom in the 1st episode but that doesn’t really define her whole character which I appreciate. She’s a good grey character with a lot of thought to her design.

I’m thinking on what the designers were thinking with it.

You get her iconic red jacket where in season 1 I believe it’s usually zipped up (maybe it’s zipped up cause she’s closed to those around her) she’s also got boots that she can be prepared to run in (or run away in but im just grasping straws)

Her pose and expression is a bit confident while also being defensive with her arms crossed. (She’s also supposed to be looking down at Henry in the lineup once I get to it..)

if any of you can make an assumption about what her outfit means in season 1 or even in other arcs of the whole series share it with the class! .^.

He's such a wittle guy in season 1. I decided to include Henry's book cause yknow its HIS book! the one prop that defines his character. The book is also a little bit exagerated to show how wittle Henry is. I would usally make the kid characters head bigger than their body but then i realized it wouldnt look right in the lineup. Anyway next up: Emma!

Prince charming is very interesting as in there's not a lot of difference between his cursed self and noncursed self. David Nolan is basically a blank slate as during his time awake and cursed he loves Mary Margret/Snow. But then his cursed memories are pasted on top on that (not being replaced as other denizens memories were) So we still have the amnesia patient david who loved Mary, AND the cursed memories of him married to Katherine.

Moving onto the drawing. David is the flannel guy so i gave him flannel, i think he's a bit of a chill guy so hes got the chill guy pose. Prince Charming has more of a confident heroic pose. I was a bit worried cause i struggled a lil bit keeping them look like the same person when i turned his head.

Anyway! Next up, i might do both Emma and Henry, since i'm going off of the season 1 cursed selves in the storybrook lineup, then after might do both Bell and Hook to even it out in the Enchanted Forest lineup.

She’s done yay! Her character took a while to figure out. One thing I knew I wanted to do was make a bit of a contrast between her two egos. Snow White would have a more stable pose while Mary Margaret is a little more meek with her cursed personality. I wanted to do Captain Hook at some point but I think I at least want to finish the main cast of season 1 before I draw Killian to give myself a bit of practice before I jump into his. Kinda saving the best for last I suppose .^.

Wowowow this one took a while but I finally finished it. Regina had so many dresses and I had a hard time picking so I attempted to pick my favorite parts. I wanted to do the pony tail she had but I really liked her updo style too. Let me know what you guys think and who should I do next in the lineup

I’m just noticing this but I feel like Mr Golds shoulders gonna poke my eye out. Anyway which character should I do next for the lineup?

Might start on rumplestiltskin first
