Help with Load Order

I don't know if I used the right tag, but I am having problems with some mods not working and was hoping someone could look at my load order and see if it needs rearranged or whatever. There are a lot of NSFW mods and some SS2 mods, but my main issue is AAF. I click the Home button to bring up the scene starter, but it tells me there are no actors in the scan area even though I am in Sanctuary which is my main settlement with a bunch of NPCs all over. Also, Vulgar Visitors and Commonwealth Captives are not working either as far as I can tell. My mods all come from Nexus or Lovers Lab and installed via Vortex. In the pics the load order goes from left to right with 4 mods in each mini pic.

Having issues after failed mod install Fo4 PC

I tried installing a SS2 collection from Nexus Mods using Vortex, but the install failed because I don't have enough hard drive space left. I removed the mod from Vortex but now I cannot load Fallout 4 using the Script Extender launcher or the regular launcher. I double click on the launcher from my desktop; the screen goes black then jumps back to the desktop screen. Would anyone know why this is happening. I played the game earlier in the day with no problem, so I'm thinking it must have been from the failed mod install, but I'm relatively new to mods so I don't know for sure.
