I got a accenture BGV and name in my 10th,12th,B.tech is like Surname First letter and my Full name where has in my Aadhar and Pan card it is like with Full Surname Full Name

Hey everyone,

one of friend got workday mail on 18 april and he didn't got any updates he called to the helpdesk ( Helpdesk: He told your application is still on process you will get the BGV in few weeks of time line) and after three days this he got rejection mail

I got the workday mail on 18th April but still no response on the BGV mail and further mails or do I need to contact Accenture team

Can some one help me out what to do
