Mutated Ghost pods seen at the nursery. Should i go back and grab it so late in the season?

Title is self-explanatory. Should i grab that plant for the $1.50 and save seeds from the pod when it ripens? The other pods on the plant are also quite odd.

Cross pollination is unlikely as its in the middle of dozens of other Ghosts that are packed very tightly. Really only other Ghosts could have pollinated it within reason.

First Ripe Superhot- Trinidad Scorpion

The rest have the text book scorpion look- this one is tiny and misshapen bc it was fruiting when I got it from the nursery in a 2inch pot.

Did I go overboard?

I don't even eat anything hotter than jalepenos regularly, but I am just fascinated with growing them (I have a Carolina Reaper in flower and a Ghost already fruiting), and have plenty of people willing to pay me for my harvests, so it works out.

So I decided to buy some seeds. Did i miss any important staples/must grows among the superhots? Today alone I ordered, among a few sweet pepper varieties-

Habanero Red

Scotch Bonnet Red

Chocolate Habanero (Black Congo)

Caribbean Red Habanero

Orange Habanero

Bhut Jhaluka (Ghost)

Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion

Fried Chicken

Deadpool

Carolina Reaper

California Reaper

Dragon's Breath

7 Pot Douglah

Trinidad Moruga Scorpion

Chocolate Bhutla

7 Pot Cinder F8 (Freebie)

KS White Thai (Freebie)

What other 1million+ scoville pepper varieties are must grows? (I missed Remmert Chocolate and MA Warthog AFAIK. They are claimed to be over 2 million scoville. And I know Habaneros and Scotch Bonnets are not 1 million+, but those i can actually eat in the right cuisine)

How many slips per pot? Purple Majesty Sweet Potato

Google AI is telling me 2 slips per 10 gal fabric potato pot is too many, but says 2 per 15 gal fabric pot is perfect, despite the bags being literally only .5in wider and 1 inch deeper... My bags are 17.5in wide and 19.5in tall

What do you experts say? 1 or 2 per pot?

(First time potato grower, please be kind)

Also, should I bury the stems? Hill? Thanks for your help!

Pots or ground?

So, i grabbed 2 of these on clearance from Walmart (4 total roots) and although i know its very late to be doing this, im doing it regardless.

My question is, if i plant these in ground (zone 6b Chicagoland area) will they be strong enough by fall to survive overwintering? Or would it be a better idea to start them in 10-25 gal pots and move them to the garage during the winter, and plant in ground next planting season?

I know im not getting fruit this year, so save the jokes please 😅. I just want to give these girls the best chance at succeeding i could possibly give.

Note- there is a spot where the previous owners were obviously growing berries of some sort and our new landscapers ripped them out the first spring in the house bc they thought they were dead trees. So there is a 4'x4' spot with 6-8 hrs of direct sun with acidic soil and pine needle mulch ready to go.

Help me understand these multipacks

Does anyone know if these Burpee pepper bundles are arranged in the actual order shown on the label (for example would the Purple Beauty variety be in the bottom left cell?)

And if they aren't in their respective labelled spots, whats the earliest ill be able to tell the difference? I already have plenty of the Baron and California Wonder variety growing and would like to keep it in a much smaller pot and give the 3 new varieties the prime real estate. (I'm also growing Melrose peppers as im very near Melrose Illinois, TAM mild Jalapeno, and am hopefully grabbing a Jimmy Nardello from a nursery today...)
