I’m the only woman working in a group of guys who are super witty. I’m often included in the jokes and I’m usually the butt of a joke (which I don’t mind at all). My problem is that I’m not a quick thinking witty person so when I try to respond to being the butt of the joke, it often falls flat and comes off awkward like I’m upset- which makes me look like a bigger joke lol.

What can I do to improve my responses? Or should I just laugh it off since it’s not natural for me?Although when I’ve done this before they get upset that I don’t react lol. I just don’t want to be awkward.

We found out today that our 6 month old boxer puppy has a heart murmur. Idk all the details because unfortunately I wasn’t able to go to the appointment (my bf did). The vet told him to monitor the puppy’s energy level and make sure he’s not too lethargic. I started looking into what type of food would be best and it turns out the grain free food (zignature puppy) we’ve been giving him isn’t good due to the legumes.

Anyone have any recommendations? Also, he’s allergic to chicken. Thank you!

I was just walking into my office when I saw a baby opossum sitting under a tree! I stood by it for a few seconds when it looked in my direction and then walked away into a dense bush.

I know the rule of thumb about the soda can size and leaving it alone. I’m pretty sure it was the size of a soda can, but in case I’m wrong is there any other way of knowing it’s ok on its own? He had gray fur. I wasn’t able to get a photo before he went away :(
