Summer issues?

Hi my first spell of hot weather has me realising that it’s not just the winter that causes increased pain/discomfort. Drive all day in boots and it was around 25 degrees yesterday and my feet where burning a bit after work. guessing trainers with breathable fabric would be better (thin socks) besides from the usual R ALA etc…any tips for the summer (42m - idiopathic)

When I got diagnosed last Sept I didn’t even have any symptoms. just had a random EMG for mild restless leg syndrome and the lady said “have you taken hard drugs” and “are you diabetic. No to both actually. she said “oh you have the nerves of a 60 year old! (40m) long story short it’s idiopathic and was hoping to remain at the mildly numb stage. however, I have recently weaned myself of the anti depressants that I was on for insomnia (10mg) and I can safely say I feel the neuropathy. my main reason for coming off of them was that having exhausted all other enquiries I was wondering if it could be drug induced neuropathy as I’d been on them for about 1.5 years (a low dose I know) my symptoms are now slight burning on both soles and pain when gripping parcels at work (delivery driver) two questions 1. has anyone experienced drug induced neuropathy 2. Should I commit to a life on pain killers or is impossible to get by supplementing? Not looking for medical advice just experiences.

thanks again. A very much understood ailment so it’s just good to vent
