Static Audio crackling under GPU load

OS: WIndows 11 Pro
GPU: R5 9600x
RAM: Patriot viper venom 32gb 6000mhz 30 cl
GPU: RTX 5060 Ti 16 gb

PSU: Corsair CX650

Hello recently whilst playing a game my headphones started doing an extremely ugly crackling static noise anytime its under load, the more GPU load the louder it is. it does it with a jack or usb connection regardless of whichever port i use (back or front) altough backside jack port has it less audible. it can even be heard when i touched a hdmi motherboard port with the usb-c of the headphones. tried multiple headphones and it does the same thing. the plugs are grounded. i tried it in my brothers room and downstairs which is a different circuit. tried my brothers rtx 3060 in my pc and it did the same thing. disconnected front audio too but it didnt  help, still does it with an external sound card. When i brought it to a repair shop they called me after 3 days and said they couldnt replicate the issue. my brothers pc works fine without these issues. Tried it with different monitor keyboard mouse everything but it still does the same thing. the crackling can be heard on a recording aswell (with a muted microphone)

The pc was built in september 2025 so everything is still under warranty.
