Filter oil question

Filter oil question

I have a Honda 125 CRX. I’m new to all of this and I was cleaning my air filter for the first time. Local auto parts store suggested I use K&N cleaner and oil. So I bought it, but when I opened the package, it says it’s for Cotton filters. I need advice on how to clean the foam filter and what oil to use. Thank you.
My first thought was just to replace it as needed, but I see that can be costly if you ride much in the dirt

I’m 69 years old. I left the workforce 10 years ago to help care for a critically ill grandchild. We finally got nurses for him and he is doing better so I would like to re-enter the workforce, especially since I retired much earlier than I had planned.
Live in Texas and I have kept up with my nursing home administrator‘s license. Spent all the money and done all the work every time so I could go back to work.
I’ve had two job interviews in the last two months. For both, I went into the corporate office and met with upper management. The interview seemed to go well. I was a little unprepared the first time, but I think the second time I did much better.
The second one was 10 days ago. When I left the office, I made a point of saying, please let me know either way and I was assured they would. I have not heard one word from either one of them since the interview.
Of course I’m getting a little discouraged and feeling like maybe I’m too old. To be honest I don’t think I look a day over 60. I would love some input for anything I could do to look younger or any other advice or encouragement anyone can give. Thank you.
