Do you think a monk and a scientists would have different takes on the same power (lets say flame or ice manipulation

For the scientist the power would be fuel generation, manipulating the kinetic energy of a substance to make it "hot" or something like that while to the monk it's an elemental force that can just be conjured and directed like a spiritual living force. Maybe even having some power over concepts related to fire. Now the 2nd question is, if that monk was to have a scientific education that actually changed how he views the world could it ruin his nen ability?

It would be tough but im thinking maybe he makes a lightning rod on part of his body that gets absolutely blasted maybe losing an arm or something but does make it.

Did the astronauts purposely not do agriculture to limit human civilization so it would be in a better state for Senku to rebuild it? its pretty messed up to consign your children to generations of starvation. That said it actually makes the world make more sense to me why humanity didnt spread more during that 4k years without agriculture.
