Anyone knows what year are these from?

Hi!! I managed to get these for 3USD. The photos are from an ebay post lol because they are a good quality and depict the same model, but I could not find the year anywhere. The photos are same model, same label and button.

Hi, i’m a person that regularly watches anime (only when the plot really gets me) and I have watched a few. After starting serial experiments lain the plot caught me right away and I bing watched it. After that, I had really really terrible dreams and although I LOVE lain I want to know if anyone else has experienced this?
