I ordered a controller it's damaged and I requested replacement and I want to know the replacement is new like my original controller or an already damaged product repaired and repacked (refurbished )?

I received a controller for my pc but the controller is defected and has marks on the controller and I checked the page it has 10 days replacement and I don't want the replacement how can I get full refund ?

Please help me I am worried about this thing

when opening home screen , Lockscreen , Style in setting there is a poor optimization in this tab whenever I open . which is like the UI of 10k inr mobile. why they cannot optimize the UI of nord 4 after so many oos 16 update everywhere jitters .
