If I ask you if you have anything else on your order why the FUCK are you gonna sit there and not say anything?? Is it because you're stupid?

I met this guy in high school 10 years ago and haven't seen him since. Last month I happened to run into him at his place of work. We ended up following each other on socials and talking a bit after that, but other than that there's nowhere that I would expect to run into him. In my eyes it'd be pretty inappropriate to ask him out while he's actively on the clock at work so would doing that over like Instagram be... better? They're both kind of bad options imo but interested in hearing other people's opinions! Just don't wanna come off as a creep

For added information, we're the same age, I know he's gay, I'm fairly certain he's single but if he's not I'm not really worried about that it'll just be a rejection which is NBD.
