I've been queued on RED for an interview for the past 16 days. Unfortunately, I've been disconnected from IRC multiple times because of frequent power outages in my area.

Today it happened again I got disconnected due to another power outage. Now, when I try to rejoin the interview queue, it says "You're Banned."

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is this an automatic ban because of the repeated disconnects, or is there a way to appeal or contact the interview staff? Any advice would be appreciated.
