I just got me some Govee Glide Y and the Govee game bars.

I noticed that I can calibrate them when using them with dreamview. So I can set which led should react with what edge section of the monitor.

I was wondering if there is also a lightstrip from Govee that has this option. I want to buy a ultra widescreen. And want to attach a lightstrip to it.

Because ultrawide isn’t supported with the normal backmonitor leds I need to calibrate it, so it will be aligned properly.

Is there a lightstrip from Govee that has that option and ability?

I deposited 10 euros and we all know how that worked out. Prices where not only for deposit “users” but for everyone. Okay, feels scammy but can live with that.

I don’t get a 10 euro deduction on my cart, that is definitely scammy. Because I paid a DEPOSIT.

Contacted them with this story and also had a discount code LZ83TCRI92BP (2% discount). I asked them if would be fair if my order of 935,- would get a 10 euro discount after the 2% discount. So a total of 916-10=906 euros.

I get a standard email that the deposit now suddenly is only a extra year warranty if I stay under the 1000 euro threshold.

Okay, I was not happy with that but was still ready to order.

But what did libernovo do? They immediately canceled the LZ83TCRI92BP 2% discount code on their website. It worked the whole day. And suddenly (magically) the minute after my mail it was disabled.

These guys are on their money like rats. The moment they can screw you over they are there to put money over trustworth.

This company feels so bad and are totally not in the game to built a trustworthy company. They are here to make money and nothing else. They also use every trick in the book to get as much money from you as they can. I wouldn’t not trust this company that they respect their warranty claims (if they are still even here after a few years).

They don’t even agree that their deposit marketing claims where scammy and don’t offer any solutions to regain any trust.

I was wondering if anyone got a response from customer support already.

I haven’t heard anything from them yet.
