Do elderly people in Mongolia seem unusually aggressive to anyone else?

I swear I’ve had so many weird encounters with elderly people on buses and outside 😭
One time I was standing behind an older woman on a crowded bus, and she suddenly started yelling at me, asking why I was touching her. I was literally just standing there. I got scared and moved away, but she followed me and kept yelling that I shouldn’t touch her, even though I was nowhere near her.
Another time, I was standing near an elderly woman’s seat and she just started staring at me angrily and muttering curses. I immediately moved away because I genuinely didn’t know what I had done.
I’m not trying to generalize all elderly people, but I’ve noticed this kind of aggressive behavior from older people surprisingly often. Is there some reason for this? Could it sometimes be related to dementia, mental health issues, or something else? Or am I just incredibly unlucky with buses? 😭
