Coffee Date

Anyone know any good coffee shops in Lancaster that have amazing coffee but aren’t overly loud or chaotic? It’s for a first date, so I want somewhere that’s got a really good atmosphere for conversation without feeling dead either lol. Bonus points if the coffee is actually high-end and worth the hype. Appreciate any recommendations!

Hello! I’m a surfer who recently moved to the East Coast and got into running last year. I’ve started taking it more seriously this year and am looking to invest in a Garmin watch. Like many people transitioning from an Apple Watch, I’m considering making the switch.

I’m primarily interested in a watch focused on running, but I’d also like the option to track swimming (mainly in a gym pool). One feature I’m especially curious about is whether Garmin offers models that provide run recommendations based on training data similar to how my Oura Ring uses sleep and readiness scores to guide activity and recovery.

I don’t need music capabilities since I usually carry my phone, but I’m open to hearing about models that you’ve personally used and why you chose them.

Any recommendations or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

So I picked up running again back in March, and recently I’ve gotten to the point where I can run 4 miles without stopping. Yesterday I hit a PR at a 10:37 per mile pace, and my legs were cooked afterward just pure soreness. Later that evening, I still went on a slow 4-mile walk like I usually do.

Today I went out for another 4 miles but kept the pace easier as a recovery run. Interestingly, the soreness faded during the run, but now that I’m back home and relaxed, my legs are sore again.

Is this normal? I understand runners can have fatigued legs, but not necessarily constant soreness. I’m wondering if this level of soreness is normal when building back up. Also, are there any mobility drills or stretches that could help with recovery and keep my legs feeling better?

Thank you in advance!
