I want to try on clothes probably at like a mall or something in a dressing room or something so I have options but I dont really feel ready to be completely open about this yet. How do I try on clothes without ringing any alarma of any workers or anyone around me?

I feel like a boy but also like I want to be a girl sometimes too. Idk if this is just a fantasy in my head and not like true feelings because i dont feel bad being a boy. How do I test things out without any of the people in my life noticing anything not really ready for that?
