No bars with 5G

I spent like 3 hours going back and forth with T-Mobile tech support about having no bars on Sunday. I’ve went through all the troubleshooting and resetting. I called Apple and they preformed a diagnostic and everything was good. One rep restarted the connection and it worked for about 24 hours, and now I’m back to no bars with 5G. I’m so pissed that I don’t want to pay this phone bill this week 😭. What should I do because they don’t want to do a warranty exchange. And I just got the iPhone 17 pro max in December.
