I’m seeing on my VOA board that people are complaining about updates to stowing. I’ve only been stowing a few weeks and haven’t noticed anything. Does anyone know what these updates or changes are?
I got something called a documented coaching. I’ve only been here 3 weeks. Apparently I was taking long 15 minute breaks, which I was not aware of. My learning ambassador failed to tell me that breaks are tracked stow to stow, not scan to scan like I thought. What exactly does this mean for me? Will this affect my blue badge eligibility when I hit my 90 day tenure? Will I not be able to be trained on indirect roles? Thanks

I unfortunately had an unavoidable prior commitment come up on the day of my Day 1 training. I last worked at Amazon in an FC in January. Does anyone know if I’ll be able to leave and use UPT on my Day 1?
Does anyone who works at SBD6 in Ontario know if they’re not hiring? I’ve been trying for 3 weeks now to get hired when they drop postings on Friday, refreshing constantly. Each week within 5 seconds of selecting the shift I want it says there are no longer spots available and I need to select something else. This morning I was able to get through all the assessment questions and was even emailed a tentative start date and a contingent offer of employment. When I was prompted to continue on to the pre day 0 activities like Zappos and I-9, it then told me there were “no appointments available for this job right now”. I’ve worked at Amazon on and off since 2021 and have never had this issue. Does anyone know why this might be? Are they simply not hiring? If not why drop postings? Do people take them that fast?
