I’m looking for a CRM with a solid mobile app for a small B2B field sales team. We have five reps who spend most of their time visiting prospects, following up on leads, and managing existing client relationships, so desktop access isn’t always practical.

The main priority is being able to quickly pull up customer details, contact information, previous conversations, notes, and upcoming follow-ups directly from a phone. Basic account management, email capabilities, and an easy way to update deals while on the road would also be useful.

I’ve looked at options like Pipedrive and Zoho CRM, but I’m open to alternatives, especially if the mobile experience is better. Ideally, I’d like to stay below $80 per user per month without getting hit with expensive setup or implementation fees.

For anyone using a CRM mobile app for field sales, what are you using and how well does it actually work when your team is on the road?

Lately I've realized that our biggest CRM problem isn't the software itself. It's the data living inside it.

On paper, our CRM should make reporting, customer segmentation, and sales planning easier. In reality, half the time I don't fully trust the information I'm looking at.

The frustrating part is that it didn't happen overnight. It feels like years of small issues slowly snowballed into one giant mess.

Some of it comes from an overly complicated CRM setup. Some of it comes from people not understanding the process. And if I'm being honest, some of it is simply because updating the CRM isn't always everyone's top priority.

At this point, cleaning the data feels less like a one-time project and more like trying to empty a leaking boat.

I'm curious how other organizations deal with this.

Did you eventually rebuild your CRM from scratch? Tighten your data governance? Invest in automation? Hire someone dedicated to CRM administration? Or is imperfect data just something every growing business learns to live with?
