Rant: I feel like its the same with all government offices. We deserve so much better. Grabe LTO dito, puno tao tapos sira AC nila and takes ages every window where you have to go to multiple windows just to get things done.

This was my oversight but I just wanted to ask for advice.
I lodged my 1701A return on May 14, but I failed to pay it because I didn’t receive any confirmation email up to this day.
Do I need to go to my RDO to have this sorted out or can I still pay it online with penalties?
