Weird floatz mouse feel that only occurs typically after hours of gaming and resolves itself with a PC restart

I have this weird problem where eventually I can bet that my mouse will start feeling floaty. It's not a hardware problem, I have a brand new PC that runs super crisp, 240 FPS low frametime no packetloss or anything. It's 100% not placebo since I can notice a night and day difference right away after restarting my PC.

I tried:

- restarting the game (usually doesn't help)
- uninstalling Logitech GHUB
- fully charging my GPro Superlight (thought it's maybe a low battery problem)
- changing USB Ports for my mouse
- resetting graphics drivers with Win +Ctrl + Shift + B
- using RAMMap
- checking if my Hz changed to 60 from my max. 144hz I can use, nope it's still on 144hz

What will work 99% of the time is one or max 2 PC restarts, then it's all crisp again and my mouse feels super smooth.

I don't know if anybody has had experienced something similar but it's getting really annoying.

Is it better to do Long Strafes oder move in ADAD pattern for best aim smoothing?

I'm wondering wether for aim smoothing, it is better to move in just one direction while shooting or if spamming ADAD will yield the same result.

I feel like Plat 1 / D4 is completely inflated

Sometimes I feel like people get placed in Plat 1 off the bat because aint no way the amount of stupid plays I see in this elo is just insane. Like 3 people standing in a gibby bubble full HP and my 2 teammates decide to slide in and die. Then proceed to blame me. Meanwhile they are fully in the open you can just wait for the bubble to expire and shoot them but no, people will instead turn their frontal lobe off and somehow still gain enough elo to get to this elo
I just don't understand

Do you sometimes experience your mouse feeling floaty and "off"?

Sometimes I will play and my aim will feel super sharp and just like from one moment to next, usually between games it just feels like my aim is floating, feels super clunky and weird and I can't aim for shit anymore.
