Graffiti seen on the nature signs while walking my dog this morning. Dang this ticks me off.

Kids go back to school in a week or two, so while cleaning out their backpacks in preparation, I came across a late Father's Day gift.

It's a red-eared slider so I know it's non-native. There were a couple of crows watching her though so I guess nature will take its own course.
