New Audi Owners

Happy Friday! Me and my wife finally crossed two milestones - purchasing a German vehicle & purchasing an EV.

Both gave us anxiety but we hope it’ll be a great experience. My wife has been consumed with eTrons and she settled on this 2021 Sportback Premium Plus . We still own two Infinity’s (Q70S/ QX70S) so this was a big step imo.

We had a good experience with our dealership here in SoCal. However I wanted to connect with other Audi owners so here I am.

Looking for any general advise, gripes you’ve had, suggestions and feedback on experience with this model (or similar) y’all would think would be helpful as new Audi owners.

🙏🏽 thank you

QX70 Replaced liftgate power struts & No Power. Please help!

I installed some aftermarket power struts on my qx70 and now nothing is working. The rear door doesn’t even latch down. To open it I have to crawl into the back and manually open it.

I searched online for a reset procedure and it involves disconnecting the battery for 10 mins but this isn’t helping.

Is my only recourse having the dealer fix this?

Has anyone else run into this issue after replacing the rear power struts for the liftgate?

Worn Rear Hatch Struts??

Do I need new struts for the rear hatch?

Sometimes it opens halfway and just stops and other times it just opens halfway and then closes.

What’s good brand if I go aftermarket?

Electrical Nightmare after changing my incabin air filter, please help

So after changing my incabin air filter, I’m having problems with illumination on my instrument cluster, lighting on my infotainment center and no power on my odb2 port.

Is it possible that I loosen some of the connectors behind the glove box?

There’s one connector here that there’s nothing plugged up to and I don’t see the male end of this either

Nightmare after changing in cabin air filter, please help

So after I change my in cabin air filter, I proceeded to lock my car, and I noticed that my alarm key fob wasn’t chirping. In addition to that, no lights on my dash, infotainment or air-conditioning unit come on.

Could I have accidentally damaged something behind the glove compartment area? Has anyone experienced this before?
