Is there any incentive for investors holding the Korean ticker to liquidate to buy into the US listing?

Is there any good enough reason why Korean SK ticker holders would want to sell so that they have capital for the US listing? And can that explain any of the redness we've seen from the last few days?

DO NOT LIQUIDATE FOR SK HYNIX

The entire space sector bled as people liquidated for spaceX and it still hasn't recovered.

but the memory sector IS NOT the same, the demand/supply dynamics are still going to be there, and there's earnings to back it up.

personally, I'd buy in more if it dips because the fundamentals did not change.

What would happen if Tech companies innovated a way to optimize memory to reduce dependency?

If tech companies innovate a way to make more use of less memory, would that harm SNDK in a really bad way? I know MU is doing multi-year contracts to lock buyers in, so even if something happens, MU has revenues for at least half a decade.
