Is this a problem or not/fixable?

First picture: Ultrawide Lens having this dirt looking marks the actual base of the lens corners.

Second Picture: Main Camera Lens having this floating dust-spot that's not exterior and can't be wiped off so i guess it's inside the lens.

This 15 Pro Max was bought by a family member new from an original distributor of iPhones here during early 2024 and now sold to me in 2026. He reported no issues with the camera and was satisfied but he's not a tech guy at all so never checks the hardware itself or anything specific.

All photos he took came out as crisp as it gets. I tested myself too using the white-paper photo test and some sun macro photos as well and all came out extremely clear with no weird spots or blur. My experience taking photos with all lenses has been phenomenal to say the least, so i'm fairly satisfied.

There's no AppleCare and warranty's already expired i think and the Apple store guy told me that because it doesn't affect my camera, it's only cosmetic, and instructs me to just go to the service center to get a diagnostic. What do you guys think? What other tests can I do perhaps? Thanks.

Is this Titanium Corner-Bumper Case going to interfere with phone signal?

The Pro Max models heats a lot during heavy use (reels, charging, and gaming) and I live in a really hot area so I prefer an open case. I don't want to create a Faraday Cage with the additional titanium too though. Do you guys think (I think it's covering the antenna vertical lines though not sure) this will cause issues?

How to manually pick the Telephoto lens for 5x zoom on the regular Camera app?

I just got the Pro Max phone and kinda struggling on how to actually use the dedicated zoom lens for 5x zoom instead of the phone's software forcing me to use the digitally-cropped Main camera.

Before I got the phone, I tested the Telephoto using my cousin's 16 Pro and found it hard to make the software focus for farther zoom. I had to use the app Halide to make sure I wasn't buying a fake phone and thankfully there was actually a Telephoto. Looks good with good light for a 12 MP, but I am still confused on why wasn't it switching to the zoom lens even though there was more than enough light.

I'm new to the Pro cameras, do you guys have tips for this? Appreciate it.

My main concern is heat and screen dimming during heavy gaming (Minecraft for example). In tests that I saw, the regular 15 Pro phone dims quick at the 30 minutes range, perhaps due to the titanium build or the 120hz display which could be turned off, while the 15 Plus lasts the longest and also remains relatively cool(?) I really wanna know of any personal experience from you guys who have these phones.

Dimming and heat is such a massive issues for me in my IOS 26.4.1 iPhone 11 so that’s my main reason for an upgrade. Which do you think is best and which IOS version?
