Bad review

Do you “reply” to bad reviews? I sold something to someone and felt I went above and beyond (met them 15 minutes one way from my house, gave them $30 off etc) and then they tried to return the item once they got home. I said no and thought she moved on but then I got a bad review from her because I wouldn’t take it back. Do I reply to the review or just move on??

Rug pad

Does this seem like a good option for a rug pad? I’m new to hardwood and really want to make sure I take care of it!

Tile on shower floor darkening

The tile in my shower floor is darkening. (The pic looks worse than it does in real life). What should my next step be? The shower was redone about 4 years ago. There are many small holes in the grout floor, I was going to fill them but figured I’d ask here first in case I need to do something more

Cleaning water softener tank

What is the best way to clean the tank that holds the salt in my water softener? Was going to fill it up but realized it has a layer of sludge built up at the bottom

Identification Help

Found this in a windowsill in the back of my house, I wiped it out and it’s slowly coming back. Located in South Western United States. Could it be termites?

▲ 1 r/Mold

Had a home inspection done on a house we’re under contract to buy. One of the bathrooms was remodeled about 3-4 years ago with a tile shower. Multiple tiles in the shower are cracked and a strong musty odor led us to get a mold test done. These are the findings, raw count of 4 for Chaetomium. I live in a very dry climate (SW US), indoor humidity is usually around 20-40% at most. Obviously if we go through the sale we would want the bathroom fixed, but I’m curious how concerned I need to be about the rest of the home? Ducts? Carpet in other areas? Better to back out and find a new house? Any insight is appreciated!! We will be getting a professional out to give us a quote but we’re trying to gather as much information as possible before that. Thanks!!
