Anyone know what's the plan for that parking lot? It used to be leased to VIA but has been sitting empty for few months now.

Does anyone know approximately what time they will be sailing through exchange?

Everyone is saying Jersey city property taxes are going up 20%. Does it mean our annual total property tax is going up by 20% or does it mean municipal portion of that tax is going up by 20% so total increase maybe less?

and from when will it increase?

If one pays 20k now, does it mean one will need to pay 24k? or math is not so simple.

Any one that you used that you would recommend? Prefer to deal with the single person than a company.

I am looking for a small group fitness classes and found these two. anyone has experience with these? looking for a place where I can get some attention by trainer and not lost among 30 other people.
