I was accused of being a spy by this listing Agent

So me and my wife are looking for something in our town close to her job and within our budget. We decided to go with a local Mobile home and reached out to this agent. She spent 15 mins on the phone actively discouraging me from buying the unit she has posted , why the park is doing illegal things under its new management, so on and on. I told her we will keep looking and thank you for your time.

15 mins later she texted me “I know you are a spy for (Insert park management companies name) and to tell them to follow the law.” I was so confused I didn’t get the screen shot before she unsent it (Didn’t know you could do that now).

I reported her to her company because I genuinely think this lady was having some weird episode.

TLDR: I am unknowingly a spy for a company I’ve never heard of nor worked for, and the best option in my area is locked behind some crazy real estate lady 😅

My dad captured the room at a time share sales meeting

My wife and I used to live in a resort area. My parents visited for a week. To get free tickets to a show, my father decided we should go to a time share sales room. There were probably 30 couples, all at a 3 person table, the third being the table’s sales person. The sales pitch was being done at each table, independently from the other tables. My parents were on the other side of the room from our table.

At about 20-25 minutes into the sales session, my dad and mom said they were not interested and wanted their two show tickets and they got them. They were the very first to stand up to leave. When my dad stood up from their table, he said very loudly, “Don’t anyone buy for more than 20 thousand dollars! Our guy started at 45 and he was down to 20 when we just now decided to leave.”

I sure do miss my father. He was the best!

Real estate edit check this one

I edit the real estate edit and check this out and tell me. I tried to do something new in this and also tell me how much I charged for this edit.

what even is this thing in my new house

I bought a house in New Hampshire last month. it was a great price and I thought it just needed some cosmetic work. the previous owner was an older guy who passed away and his family just wanted to get rid of it fast.

so I'm in the backyard this weekend clearing out some overgrown bushes and I found something weird. buried under all the weeds is this big concrete structure. it looks like a bomb shelter or something. there's a door and everything. I opened it and it's a whole room underground with old furniture and some military looking gear. honestly I was kinda freaked out.

I don't know what to do with this thing. do I have to disclose it when I sell is it a selling point or a liability? I'm not even sure if it's legal to have a secret bunker in a residential neighborhood.

I'm starting to think I should just sell this house and move on. I didn't sign up for mystery bunkers.

has anyone else found something weird on their property? did you keep it or try to get rid of it? I'm genuinely confused about what to do here.
