Removing the tub entirely. Breaking down the wall and glassing the shower (1 and 2). Which side should the door go on?

Wife wants the door on side 1. I'm thinking side 2 because it'll be easier to turn on the shower and wait for the water to heat up.

Removing bathtub in ensuite bathroom

Planning on doing a reno on my dated 1990s ensuite bathroom in semidetached home. Builder shower is around 3ft/3ft. I want to extend it and get rid of the soaker tub. I have a bathtub in my guest bathroom that I plan on keeping even though it's also dated.

Will that hurt resale down the road?

Should I remove the babies and nest?

Found a nest of squirrels in my attic. Worried about them chewing my wires and stuff. Should I put them in a box and leave them somewhere safe for their mom to get them?
