Can you sell? WFH EdTech sales role — base pay + uncapped incentives, targets not optional
Hey everyone,
We're looking for a sales executive and we're not going to sugarcoat it — this is a hardcore sales role. If closing deals gives you a rush and hitting numbers is your thing, keep reading.
The basics:
- 100% work from home
- EdTech sector — you'll be selling services that genuinely help people
- Base salary: ₹30,000 – ₹55,000/month (depending on your previous salary and how good you actually are at sales)
- Incentives on top — the better you perform, the more you earn
- 2-month probation (minimum)
What we're really looking for:
Someone who knows how to talk to people — not read a script, but actually understand a prospect, figure out what they need, and clearly explain how our services can help them. We're a service-based industry, so communication and persuasion are everything here.
The honest part:
We have monthly targets, and they're non-negotiable. This isn't a "we'll see how it goes" kind of role. Every month, the number has to be met. If that pressure excites you instead of scaring you, you'll fit right in. If it doesn't, this probably isn't the role for you — and that's okay.
