I would like to ask, kamusta po ang salary + working environment?

Did you have to return to bedside nursing, or were you able to get sponsored with outpatient HD experience alone? I'd love to hear what path you took.

I'm currently working in an outpatient HD center and have been here for a year. Im starting to feel like I wasted a year since most agencies require current bedside experience.

I passed the NCLEX NY state last March 27, 2026 (DIY processing lang po). Currently, nagbabasa-basa ako sa Lefora FB group regarding staffing agencies.

For context po, I have 4 months bedside experience before, then nag-resign po ako. Right now, I’m working in a dialysis center for 8 months na. Willing naman po akong bumalik sa hospital if needed.

Ask ko lang po if may alam kayong staffing agency na tumatanggap ng ganitong experience? Or mas okay po ba na mag-bedside muna ulit ako for 2 years before applying sa mga agencies, pero mas matatagalan po ang visa application?
